Comfortable and cool
Great fit, keeps your head cool and protected from the sun. Wore this hat all day at a football game in triple digit weather and was very happy with how well it protected my head and face from the sun. Adjustable strap keeps the hat from blowing off when the wind comes up, too.

Nice quality hat for a good price
I really liked this hat and would have kept it if I hadn’t found one I liked slightly better. I like the pretty periwinkle color. It folds up very well, too. The sizing was good — I like my hat to be a little bigger so my hair isn’t completely crushed. I don’t really like how it looks with the sides snapped up but that is just my personal preference.

Not the best looking hat but great for my husband to work out back where our horses and barn are. He needs to cover his ears from the sun and it stays on when it’s windy. Easy to clean with a wack against your jeans.

My Favorite Safari Hat!
I researched and tried MANY safari hats for my trip and this one was perfect! It was soft, comfortable, flexible, light, and protected me from the blazing African sun! Definitely recommend this hat!

Okay hat
Hat looks and feels cheap but it keeps the sun off my head. You get what you pay for! Seems to be holding up so far.

I like this water proof hat, especially in my city of Richmond BC Canada where there is plentiful rain during the Spring and winter. Just fits my need. The quality is really good. Recommended to other with similar need..

Really nice hat but too hot as sun hat on really hot days. Good size and fit. Good sunblock protection but more for spring, fall or cooler summer days. Folds up nicely, very lightweight, and I particularly liked it on drizzly days. Kept my head dry, then hung it inside and it was dry in just minutes.

I have developed an extreme light sensitivity due to Fuch’s Endothelial Corneal Distrophy which flared up and was diagnosed _after_ the vacation was booked. >< Since I was not dead or dying, we had to go on vacation and I was not looking forward to sight-seeing. Armed with my Vera-gray prescription glasses, some clip-ons and some blue-blocking dark pink tinted over-glasses sunglasses (By the way, when you walk into a store and remove the over sunglasses to reveal a pair of clip-ones which you also take off, you will get some weird looks.), the hat provided a screen for any sunlight coming from overhead and allowed me to scurry from the car to the next museum without bursting into flames (kidding about flames part) or having my eyes watering badly from the bright sunlight. (Overcast days were a welcome treat and cooler also.)Since some of the areas we visited were on rocky areas with lighthouses, there were a lot of very strong winds. Some winds were very strong and blew the hat off as it was a loose fit for my head, but chin strap prevented the hat from going bye-bye completely. (Note: Most hats are designed for the average head size of 22”. I take a 21” size head circumference.)I like that I was able to order it in red. Worked with the colour scheme that I packed for travel.

I purchased this just before a recent trip to the Dominican Republic. Shipping was very fast. The hat is good and comfortable. It does a good job protecting me from the sun. I would definitely buy it again.
