Such a great value and quality product!
Recieved the laptop early and in great physical shape. The battery was defective but the seller quality fixed the problem with a replacement upgrade. I will definitely work with this seller in the future. Laptop is fast, easy to use and works great for all the multitasking I do (paper writing, website development, research, video calls, streaming music or video, and email monitoring).

A little beat up, but works quite well
The description said “new”, but it was clearly a refurbished, used laptop. however, in that view, its a pretty good laptop for a reasonable price. The hinges on the screen have clearly been replaced with poorer hinges than the real Dell ones, but they work well. Arrived on time and in perfect working order. SO a solid “B”. Good product, some dings.

Not as announced
The product was announced with, but was without the camera, and its renewed condition was much worse than advertised. It lasted a few months, but eventually, it completely broke. Avoid buying renewed products; invest a bit more and be happy.

Nothing about this laptop is what I purchased.
Don’t waste your time with this nonsense.A 14″ FHD Touchscreen? Nope. 11″ with no touchscreen capability.Resolution of 1920 x 1080? Nope. 1366 x 768This doesn’t even have a webcam! It is a terrible waste of time and I can’t express how much of a disappointment it was to wait a week to only have to return it and start searching again.
