I was skeptical at the price point and an All-in-One (AIO) as my past experience was 50/50.I purchased an additional 16gb and found a video on the installation instructions – took less than 10 minutes even watching the video.Starts up very quickly and is very responsive.The keyboard is a bit flimsy, but works well.Family loves it.Screen is beautiful – crisp, great colors, large.

Computer works – missing keyboard dongle
So far the computer is working fine. However, out of the box there was no keyboard dongle so I connect the wireless keyboard. The only option is to return the whole computer which is unacceptable. All I need is the dongle.

Never buying an all in one desktop every again!
Purchased this 4 months ago, now will not connect to any keyboard, I have tried everything, troubleshoot, download drivers etc. I’ve tried 3 different keyboards and they will install but the computer does not pick up any keys when I type, now I cannot log in because I need to input the password. For 600.00 you would think this would work longer than 4 months, I’ve purchase refurbished desktops that lasted years, never getting an all in one again!

The wireless keyboard was missing its dongle so it could not work. I am using a borrowed keyboard. The company wouldn’t send a replacement keyboard if I just returned the defective keyboard in its own box. I was horrified to learn that I would have to drag the entire heavy computer package to the post office that was shipped in a pair of very large, double boxes, wait for the computer to be refunded and then the reorder simply to replace a missing 1/2″ dongle. Instead, a family member has offered to spend the $31 it will cost to buy me a new keyboard (which I was adamant I would not spend) so I don’t have to bother with the transport hassle. If the offer hadn’t been made, I was mad and disappointed enough to return the computer and then order a computer from someone else but I have light sensitive eyes and want the ComfortView screen. I initially gave this computer 3 stars. The computer itself runs well enough, other than there being an extremely long pause sometimes, such as when booting or when loading a document from a memory stick, long enough to think the computer isn’t working, so that’s a new adjustment. I subtracted a star for this. Would I buy again? No. Because of the impractical customer service policy, I would buy a different brand from a different seller.
