Refurbished unit was received in excellent condition, inside and out!!! Works perfectly.
About 2 weeks ago, I ordered a DELL unit. I received this refurbished DELL unit in two (2) days. It was packed well, also including a DELL brand 65 watt power supply.After taking the unit out of the box, I could not believe the condition of this unit. It was perfect!!! No scratches on the outside top or bottom. The inside was also perfect. No scratches on the screen or keyboard areas at all.It was very easy to crank up the unit with the Windows 10 os. Where there are only 2 USB ports, I chose to purchase a Bluetooth mouse rather than those occupying one of the USB ports. The BT mouse works perfectly and is rechargeable using the USB 3.0 included cable. Amazon charging only about $7.00 for those.Since receiving this unit, I have updated the laptop with a few additional items. Using one of USB slots, I have used my card reader component. Where I have an external USB DVD and CD player, I am able to play movies and music as well. And yes, I even use my external BT speaker, stereo headphones and earbuds with this unit. Also, if I am using the laptop in a low light area and where the keyboard is not backlit, I have a small 5″ USB tilting light that I just plug into one of the USB slots. It shines brightly on the keyboard and hardly takes any space at all.The battery so far, has given me between 6 and 8 hours of life. Charges up fully to 100% between 1-2 hours, depending on how much life is remaining.In conclusion, I am 100% very pleased with this seller. The delivery was fast. They promised me and delivered an “excellent condition” unit, with everything that is working. Would highly recommend them, based on my experience.

Overall, the computer does everything. EXCEPT separate the screen from base
I purchased this 2-n-1 notebook / laptop. It is a refurbished unit and it looks wonderful. Preforms fast and happy with the screen quality. HOWEVER, I wanted to be able to separate the keyboard from the screen EASILY. The instructions didn’t come with the computer.I looked the instructions up on line and the first thing you need to do to get the screen separate is unscrew it, first taking a screwdriver to take off the base plate. Apparently, they mean you can use this note book as a laptop, as a tent, and as a backward folded screen.

Keyboard had crack and several keys were very intermittent
Was supposed to be on excellent condition but the keyboard had a crack and the E and R keys only worked 50% of the time

No complaints here. Speedy little laptop for what hardware it has. Fully responsive touch screen. Battery is a little worn, but it’s refurbished so that’s to be expected. Handy as hell to have and use though. Great for those “K I’m stuck here for a while” moments. Great buy. Probably make a good gift for a kid too. Good way for them to learn to use a computer.
