I am happy with this computer
I’ve had this computer for 8 months now…it’s fast, and I haven’t had any issues with it. I’ll keep it for another year or so then upgrade to an i9 with a separate graphics card. Depending on what you want to do with it…I do videos, watch videos, use photoshop, vsdc, 5k, pretty much everything I need for a fully functioning everyday computer. But, if want gaming too..

Bad experience. Lesson learned. Never buying reconditioned again!
I figure I’d save a few bucks by getting a reconditioned tower to replace my old one which was on its way out. I ended up getting a few months out of it before it finally crapped out. I hooked up this one only to find out that the usb doesn’t work, cannot plug my cordless mouse in, plugging my range booster in flickers my monitor, and the ad said that a keyboard and mouse were included, which they were not in the box. I didn’t mind seeing how my mouse and keyboard worked just fine so I used those instead. I was given some tech advice to try and fix my issue, only to find out I had 11 drivers missing and others needed updating. I was told to purchase the monitor adapter myself seeing how it’s “probably on its way out” even though I had just taken it out of the plastic. After trying the tech advice, all I got was “it’s outside the warranty” which I was not offered a warranty as an option upon purchase, otherwise I would’ve gotten it. Lesson learned, lucky it was a cheap pos and not an expensive one. Next time I’m buying new.

All the tricks were in the bag..everything works great. Had to add a Bluetooth speaker. But it kicks butt and space saving. So far top notch product
