Works Well Over a Lightweight Long Sleeved Top
This color they call Fiery Red has exactly the right amount of earth tone in it to be the ideal shade of red for someone like me (of the four seasonal color palettes for fashion, I’m most definitely an autumn, so the opposite of pastels works well for me).As a woman of a certain age, I must admit my upper arms are suddenly no longer in such perfect shape that I wouldn’t thing twice about going sleeveless…but nonetheless, in every other way this button down vest suits me perfectly…especially since this garment is actually called a “vest or waistcoat” right in the headline (none of the other words in this very verbose headline are actual nouns; they’re all just different descriptive adjectives meant to enhance the word VEST! (In fact, waistcoat is just the word for vests of an earlier period in fashion history).Bearing all this in mind, I find it odd that this vest is depicted online only as a sleeveless top showing no under garment with sleeves and/or turtleneck…which is precisely how I unapologeticly intend to wear it!Note: If you intend to do the same with anything other than the thinnest of tops or turtlenecks, you may wish to go up a size.

Classy and casual
I purchased another brand of this design and sent it back. This was much better because, although it’s cropped it lays perfectly and long enough to cover any gaps between slack, shorts, skirts, etc. The arm holes do not gape open and expose excessive area. I can wear it with completely buttons up, or folded under to create v-neck. So many styles from one beautiful vest. You will not be disappointed!!

Chic and Amazing Fit
I love this top!! I’m 36DDD and am wearing a large. I was concerned about the underarm being too large, but you can only slightly see my bra if at all. I will probably order more in other colors! It will be great for the office!

This is a very well made top with a lining and sits at high hip . It is a true to size fit. It is not tight fitting, just enough space. I like the look with 1 button on top undone. The white a true white in color, not an off white. I really like the fit and look. I wear a medium and it fits perfect
