Our daughter has dealt with Osgood Schlatters for a couple of years now and this has been the best option so far. It’s tight enough to help and stay in place, but not too tight. The biggest pluses compared to most patella straps are 1) doesn’t have a thick strap the bunches up and gets in the way from full knee movement and 2) doesn’t have velcro coming undone and having to fix it constantly or not supporting when it’s really needed.

Too flimsy
I’m a physical therapist and my teenage son was developing osgood schlatters so I ordered these for him to use, they did somewhat work to alleviate his pain but they are a bit too thin/flimsy and ended up giving a bit of a tourniquet effect and he couldn’t tolerate wearing them for a full soccer practice.
