Needed a dress belt that has more holes
I bought these belts for suit pants and khakis. I needed a belt that was adjustable and gave plenty of adjustment options. Belts with holes give so little one way or the other. The price was great for the belts and the leather and belt quality is great. It’s comfortable, functionality is great it cross off all the boxes. I would definitely buy it again..

The buckle has a button on the latch.
The buckle has a button on one side that you need to press when you slide the belt into it, and then release the button and it should grip the belt. Then press the button again to pull the belt loose. The button is kind of hidden from view, so make sure you know which side it’s on before you put the belt on.I have a nasty medical condition, so wearing a traditional belt (with notches every 1/2″) is PAINFUL for me because I have to tighten it too much if I want it to prevent my pants from sliding down past my flat butt… and doing so causes welts and sores to form along my waist line. So I stopped wearing belts and switched to suspenders for the last few years… but I hate suspenders because the clips that attach them to my pants are built so cheaply that they ALWAYS break after 3 months of use. And they make me look like a dork.These are GREAT because the ratchet feature gives you about 1/8 inch between each notch. So I can tighten my belt with 4 times more precision than with a traditional style belt. I can get it to a spot where it will hold up my pants without causing a nasty skin reaction from the pinching. And they make these in enough different colors and styles that you’ll definitely find one to wear for every occasion. Whether you work at a desk all day, or you’re swinging a shovel and rake all day, the belt won’t release itself – it stays put until you push the button on the buckle.Quality of the materials is not the best… if you want to pay for “extreme quality” go to a real tailor. But for the price, it’s really nice. Good enough to do the job, at least longer than the 3 months I was getting out of a pair of suspenders.

so far i love it little ratchet and belts tight. cut to fit would advise leave a little room in case you gain weight.

The leather quality is good and the set came well-packaged in a box. Worth the price, considering it’s for two belts. Buying even one similar belt in stores here would cost me so much more. But I do agree with one of the earlier reviewers that the release button would have been better on top. But this is not a game-changer for me.
