Great value for an office computer with some power and storage
First time I have purchased a renewed computer and I was skeptical. I am very pleased with this unit. Needed decent power and storage for our business office. This worked out perfect. It came well packaged and also had a wifi usb with it, as well as a keyboard and mouse. 60 days later, I came in and it had a boot error on the screen and it would not boot, kept asking for a valid disk or drive. Turns out that windows updated and it changed the bios setting, just needed to change HD back to enable legacy (just in case someone else gets this error). Both Amazon and SkyTech offered support to help fix the issue and ultimately SkyTech even offered to replace the HD before I found the solution. Great Service and quick too. Very Pleased with the purchase.

I bought this for an all purpose computer for the family. We use it to pay the bills, do school work, stream movies, and play games. This has been a wonderful purchase all around. It came with a keyboard and mouse which I was not expecting. It is super quiet, has a ton of USB ports, and instead of a I 5 3.10 ghz we received an I5 3.20 ghz. It was shipped out and arrived within the two days. I hooked the display port connector up to a 32″ HDMI tv for a monitor and it worked straight away. There was no setup involved at all. I do recommend ordering a USB WIFI adapter if you don’t feel like running cable to the computer, they are around $10.I will buy another one and you should too.

Don’t buy this desktop renewed
I am only reviewing the renewed version of this desktop. I cannot speak for the performance of the brand new version of the desktop.I bought this desktop without knowing that it doesn’t have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. That was my fault for not paying attention to the details.In order to start it up, I need to press and hold the power button multiple times, kind of like pulling the cord on an old chainsaw. When it finally turns on, it takes approximately 10 minutes to start up. Also, it sounds like a plane engine as it starts up. Because of this frustrating and time consuming start up process, I have to keep it powered on all the time.Like I stated earlier, it doesn’t have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth so I had to buy a Wi-Fi adapter and a Bluetooth adapter to connect my printer. Also, it doesn’t have a webcam.I spent so much extra money to get this desktop working at a semi-decent pace.All I’m saying is that there is a reason this desktop is so cheap.

Great PC for a fraction of the price
I got this renewed PC because of the low price and that it has a 1TB drive , 16GB Memory and Win 10 Pro. I’m very pleased with this purchase and how well it performs. Also, it was delivered a day earlier than expected.

Not what I ordered.
The computer works fine, but I am extremely disappointed in it. It was advertised as having Windows 7 which is the only reason I ordered this particular CPU. However, it has Windows 10 as the operating system. I am a medical transcriptionist and I am paid on production rather than salary. Windows 10 has removed some of the functionality, i.e. hot keys, etc., that I had with Windows 7. This slows me down, which costs me money. I also hate the fact that Windows 10 spies on you and makes the default document folders cloud-based. I have possession of thousands of medical records and I don’t want the patient information to be out there on a cloud that I have no confidence is secure. I didn’t return the computer because I had already been a week without a computer and I couldn’t afford to lose another week’s production while waiting on a replacement. Instead, I spent an entire day finding ways to work around the issues.

Great Computer, half the price. Fast.
I had originally submitted a poor review for this unit. It was missing some drivers and I had trouble getting through to the powers that be. I’d like to retract that now because the problem has been rectified and the company couldn’t be nicer about it. This is the 3rd computer I’ve bought from them and I’ve never had a problem. Had a little hiccup here but things are fine now and I love the computer, it’s fast, quiet and has plenty of room to expand. I would definately recommend this company. If it isn’t right they’ll fix it asap.

great for a budget !
i bought this on a budget for the main purpose of video editing and i must admit, this thing is amazing !! it really does get the job done and gives me little to no problems. my only downside is that it SUCKS at running any kind of games other than stuff like the sims and minecraft. but other than that, it’s absolutely phenomenal.
