Faulty Sound Card?
Product seems to work well with the exception that the onboard audio output stopped working after about 10 days. The trouble shooting help center ( 3 different agents) worked with me for an hour or so but could not solve the problem. The phone help was great and the agents did their best to solve the problem. I was told that I would need to reimage my hard drive which would wipe out all apps and data but I was unwilling to do that.An internet search provided a procedure to reinstall Win 11 version last installed without losing apps or data. I did the reinstall and the sound problem was solved. So onboard audio hardware was not the problem. Other than that hiccup the computer is working well.

Hoping for the best….
I have just now opened the box and unpacked the computer. Unfortunately the “hp Quick Setup Guide” was written in 30 languages (33 pages). About as unhelpful as you can get. This is not my first computer so I will do my best but I was very surprised to have so many power cables and just 2 pages of small illustrations the connections. We’ll see how it goes.

So far i love it..it’s nice clicking on something and boom…its there..restarts fast and easy. Only down side is no CD or DVD drive but I assume I could add one but asked myself when was then last time I used it on my old computer? Everything is digital now.
