The neckline strap can be secured if desired, for a tighter fit, or left open for a looser fit around your neck.The side closure snaps are secure and the hood fits very well and the hood drawstring is easy to adjust.The weight of the poncho material is great. It is heavy enough to provide proper draping over the body without being so heavy as to be uncomfortable in the least. The material also seems to be quite durable and seems unlikely to be easily snagged while wearing the poncho.Although the poncho lacks a pocket, I don’t miss one at all. Ponchos, simply due to their design allow for easy access to the pockets of whatever garments you are wearing underneath.The zippered storage bag is a nice addition. It is large enough that perfect “factory” re-folding of the poncho isn’t critical to fitting the poncho back inside the bag.Although a few reviewers have stated this poncho is too heavy to carry in a backpack, I would have absolutely no hesitation in packing it for any excursion, whatsoever!I highly recommend this poncho! 😄

Good buy for the money
I’m 5’9” 270lbs. with a large head and neck. Pancho fits well. No issues fitting over my head or neck.Still covers well. Not sure how long it will last in a hard rain. But material seems to be waterproof and thicker than most ponchos I’ve seen at this price point. I was even able to refold it and get it back in it’s pouch with no issues. Pleasantly surprised at quality.
