I’m glad I gave this a shot – I was worried it would be super stretchy, thin, and cheap looking like some other inexpensive jackets I’ve tried from Amazon. That wasn’t the case at all!First, this is a thinner material, but not sheer or overly thin. Since the weather’s warming up, I actually like that it isn’t thick or heavy. It’s nice as well because I can wear a long sleeved blouse under it and it doesn’t look too bulky.Second, the cut of this is very flattering. I like how it’s a bit shorter in the back and the collar almost drapes down. I felt great wearing this – it looks super put together without being uncomfortable or restricting, as other reviewers have mentioned.I gave 3 stars on “wrinkle-free,” because I think this would wrinkle pretty horribly if you left it in the dryer for two minutes. Although it might not even be dryer-safe… Just don’t ever wash it and you should be fine 😉

I am sooooo pleased with this item! Gotta say, I was nervous ordering it, as a plus-size girl I’ve returned lots of clothing marketed as plus size that clearly was not, so I’m always nervous about fit. I’m anywhere between an 18-22, depending on who makes it (you all know what I mean!), so its a bit of a coin toss when ordering. I ordered a 3x and was astonished, an absolutely perfect fit. The pointed, draped front is super flattering, and this from someone who has NEVER been successful finding a jacket that doesn’t look boxy and masculine. I’m about to enter the teaching field and I will be ordering more of these, in many more colors. I also LOVE the fabric, which some other reviewers panned but I am thrilled with, it’s light enough to wear everyday, heavy enough to drape nicely. This is one of the best Amazon purchases I’ve ever made – so glad I took a chance on it.(Update) After my great experience with the first jacket, in black, I ordered three more in different colors. But there I ran into issues, so I am back to remove a star from my rating. One of the three came in a clear plastic package with the correct size on it, but when I tried it on it was noticeably too small. Odd, then I looked at the actual label on the garment itself and it was INDEED two sizes too small. So that one goes back to Amazon. One of the others I ordered I took out of the package and it REEKED of someone else’s perfume!! Obviously someone’s repackaged return. I would return that one, too, but it’s just easier to wash the thing, but still… some quality control please? Also, I’ve noticed on these reviews that several people mentioned shoulder pads, which they cut out. I’ve ordered four of these now and only ONE has shoulder pads, so either there is a mixed bag in terms of manufacturing or a lot of these are repackaged returns.

Shoulders really high up
The rest of the jacket fit like it should but the shoulders are abnormally small for the dimensions, it looked ridiculous on. The shoulder seams began way before my shoulders and it looked like I was wearing a child’s blazer, I’m normally a size small to medium and ordered a medium, and again the rest of it fit how it was supposed to but the shoulders were beyond messed up and made the item unwearable. It was bizarre and I’ve never had this problem with blazers in the past. The material is also very scratchy and probably wouldn’t be very comfortable for any long period of time, I’d say save your money on this one.

Overall, I am quite pleased with these jackets. I believe the quality is good. I have ordered three in different colors. They are lightweight and a bit stretchy. The front is self-lined. I was disappointed in the plaid one and returned it. The lapels do not match each other as they do in the picture. The result is cheap and zooey looking.I read many of the online reviews and agree that the sleeves could be bigger, the front “tails” are a bit long, and the shoulder pads have no chance of staying in without adding velcro or pins.I highly recommend ordering these jackets for casual wear but only in neutral colors. IMO, the patterned ones look cheap, as do many of the colors.

La tela del saco es muy corriente, el costo relación calidad es alto, no esperaba que Amazon vendiera objetos con tan baja calidad. Es una prenda desechable para usar quizá 3 veces… me dio pena usarlo, definitivamente no lo llevaría a trabajar, quizá un fin de semana para fodonguear
