Works Like New
I purchased the iPad Pro 11-inch (3rd Gen) with 256GB of storage in Silver (Renewed Premium), and I’m extremely impressed! It looks and functions just like new. The screen is flawless, the performance is fast and smooth, and the battery life is excellent.I was initially hesitant about buying a renewed product, but this experience exceeded my expectations. It’s a great value for the price, especially if you’re looking for a high-quality iPad without paying full price. I highly recommend it for anyone who is unsure about choosing a renewed option! However, I did have to get a new charger.

Defective charger
I ordered this “premium” iPad for my son’s birthday and the iPad is fine, but it came with a defective charger, and there is no clear way to contact anyone to get a replacement charger. Very frustrating after going for the “premium” model which receives better reviews than the current model.

Great Condition out of the box you should purchase a separate charger
The iPad Pro came quick and packaged well there was no cosmetic blemishes or defects. The only downside is that the charger that was included was not an apple charger (not the end of the world) but it lacks the output to properly charge the iPad Pro. I would recommend any Anker charger that is marketed toward the iPad Pro.

The iPad seems to work great without a problem no problem setting it up or anything only issue is Amazon sent it without a way to charge it and Amazon is asking me to send the whole thing back and purchase another while I wait for refund. problem is I need the iPad for work and if I return it Just because it’s missing the power cord and the adaptor it’s a 30 day window for a refund and I don’t see where it’s fair that I have to put out almost $2000 just because Amazon forgot to put the cord and the adaptor in with the iPad, so Amazon is refusing to replace just the power cord and the adaptor so since I need the iPad for work, I guess I have no option but to go and buy one elsewhere. Amazon needs to figure out a better way to replace missing pieces from stuff. But aside from the power cord and adapter, the iPad is perfect not 1 scratch

The charging cord is not Apple product. It’s cheap product, so I give you 2 stars. I’ll update for the iPad so far no problem for now.
