Elastic waist. Nice looking, bang for your buck. Size L thigh measures across from side to top of inseam approx 15″ diameter. Inseam top to bottom approx 29-1/2″.

Ordered the XL, so I can wear these over my regular pants. The fit was very good for my 6′ 190 pound frame. The inner “mesh” is just a pain in the butt to deal with, making it difficult to get these on/off without constantly snagging. So, I removed the inner mesh, and I now have a nice pair of rain pants that fit my needs perfectly.I have used them in the rain, they are indeed waterproof and comfortable.A decent deal, but that mesh lining is awful.

Keeps the rain out
JKSafety Hi-Vis Rain Pants arrived packaged well and without damage. The pants are well made with quality materials. The pants fit well, the snaps at the bottom of the legs help keep the weather out. The drawstring works and holds well when tied. There is no vent, so you do get a bit warm, but the rain stays out. They are pretty comfortable as far as rain gear goes and the reflective areas work well.

These are great for night work or road work where additional visibility is needed to stay safe. I have a different pair for the summer nights but these work great in these winter months where it is cold and wet. Kept me dry enough and its value for money is well worth it. Material feels heavy enough to be durable but not too heavy as if it were another pair of regular pants.
