So far so good!!
Not too crazy to set up. I love that it comes with a configuration mic for the receiver to adjust its levels automatically. I’m very happy with the size and sound. I have this in my studio/Family room. This isn’t a small room. It isn’t a library either lol. But it is a good size room. About the size of a 2+ car garage. It sounds great here. I did hard wire tge Sub so I don’t know about the wireless situation, but it does rumble. I feel this is worth the money. The reciever mixes real nice with the surround system as well.

Unbelievable Sound
This is such an upgrade if you are replacing a soundbar. Truly amazing theater like sound. Highly recommend. If you purchase, please note receiver ships separate from Speakers. My receiver arrived a day after the speakers, causing some customer service calls, thinking I received the wrong order. You won’t be disappointed.

Good for the price
I am very happy with the kit. For the price, I believe anyone would appreciate the quality, sound and ease of setup. I’ve found the AV receiver by itself is $650 at local stores. You can even add two more speakers and a 2nd sub if you wanted to. I am using this system with a Sony smart tv. If your looking for something way better then just the tv speakers or a nice sound system for music or radio, I’d say go for it.Note: only the sub is Bluetooth. The speakers are a wired connection.

Speakers are great but the receiver is horrible!
Set up was easy and the speakers sound great. The receiver didnt come with an owners manual, and i couldnt find it on manufacturers website. Had to google it. Bluetooth keeps cutting out and eventually cuts off completely. Also cant get the setup screen to go away

I received the package at our doorstep precisely and in good condition.
This was an upgrade to my 20 year old system I needed to change. Onkyo receiver had to connect to the internet in order to operate. That was new to me. And the subwoofer blew me away the 5.1 system is enough for me with the bookshelf speakers and sounds great.

New Klipsch/Onkyo fan from Bose/Denon
WARNING! When I unpacked my sub I saw the rubber on the cone was lightly warped from contacting the styrofoam. You have to let the butyl rubber set over night so it straightens itself out, which I did, and if you don’t you will blow it. The other issue I had is I couldn’t hard wire the sub easily…. however I hooked up the wireless (included) module and got it to work that way. You need to hold the sub’s bind button for 3 seconds first then do the module and they will bind fast and easy. I love this setup in my smaller hobby room can’t speak for it’s performance in larger rooms. The receiver is a heavy beast too. Good stuff. Buy 14awg wire, larger will have a hard time going into speaker terminals, buy the banana plugs too!

Pleased with it
Easy to set up. The most time consuming thing was… Running all new speaker wire. I went with 14g wire. Also got a set of ends to connect the wires to the receiver. The speakers are just twist, push in the button & insert wires. Subwoofer is powerful & can be adjusted. The speakers sound clear. The receiver let’s you change the db +/- 5 on bass, treble & voice.For the price. The system is well worth it.

Me llegó el modelo TX N797 de Onkyo en lugar de el 696 el problema viene con este cambio ya que el nuevo av trae un poco más de potencia y el set Klipsch no soporta esa carga de voltaje tengo que darle un poco menos de poder para poder disfrutar de un buen audio… En tanto a calidad el set es Perfecto acabados finos pero si buscan un poco más de potencia para un espacio mayor a 4×4 no es el indicado ( a medida de ir conociendo más el producto actualízate mis comentarios)4 meses despierta es estoy completamente satisfecho pero insisto si quieren Rebentarse los oidos y su sala o lugar donde lo tengan exede de 4×4 se quedara un poco corto pero aún eso será satisfactoria
