Size does matter 🤯
Nice lightweight jacket, size was too small. I need an XXL size. Size was ok around waste, sleeves were too short.

Well-Designed, Comfortable, and Ready for My Alaskan Cruise!
I recently ordered this Men’s Rain Jacket & Poncho in preparation for an upcoming cruise to Alaska. After hearing from friends who had visited Alaska, I was advised to pack a high-quality raincoat, as relying on cheap disposable ponchos isn’t ideal for comfort or durability. This jacket seemed like the perfect choice, and so far, I’m very impressed.Design & Fit:I opted for the extra-large size, and for reference, I’m 6’1” and 215 pounds, and the fit is perfect—not too tight and not too loose. It allows for layering underneath, which is essential in cooler weather. The hood is well-sized and adjustable, providing good coverage without obstructing visibility. I was also pleasantly surprised by the reflective stripe on the jacket. While it’s subtle and doesn’t take away from the design, it’s a great safety feature for low-light conditions.Build Quality:The construction is excellent. Every seam is sealed with waterproof tape, ensuring no water can sneak in through the stitching. I’ve had raincoats before that lacked this feature, and they didn’t hold up well during heavy downpours. This jacket, however, feels well-prepared for serious weather. The material is polyester, but it’s not the typical stiff or plasticky raincoat material. It’s flexible and lightweight, which makes it comfortable to wear for extended periods. The zipper feels durable, with a smooth action that doesn’t snag, and the elastic cuffs on the sleeves gives me extra confidence.Breathability:One standout feature is the breathable back vent, which is a thoughtful addition. Many raincoats can get uncomfortably warm, especially if you’re hiking or walking a lot. The vent allows for airflow, making this jacket comfortable even when you’re on the move.Pockets:There are two front pockets, and they’re large enough to fit my iPhone 16 Pro Max comfortably. While I initially wished the pockets were angled like pants pockets for easier access, I understand that the vertical design likely helps with water resistance, which is more important in a raincoat.Waterproofing:Although I haven’t yet tested this jacket in a real downpour, I did a quick test by pouring water on the sleeve, and it beaded off beautifully without soaking through. This reassures me that it will perform well in the rainy conditions I’m expecting on my trip.Final Thoughts:Overall, I’m extremely pleased with this rain jacket. The quality, fit, and thoughtful design details make it a great value for the price. I have no reservations about giving it five stars, and I look forward to putting it to good use on my Alaskan adventure. If you’re considering this jacket, I highly recommend it. Just make sure to check the sizing—I found the size chart to be accurate, and the extra-large worked perfectly for me.

Good coverage
I’ve been using this poncho for work outside in the rain, and overall, I’m really impressed with its performance. I’m 5’10” and around 180-185 lbs, and I opted for the Large. The fit is perfect, even with a thick fleece jacket underneath, which is essential for staying warm in colder weather. I love the extra coverage it provides, especially compared to the usual hiking jackets I’ve been using for working outside in the rain —this one is longer and keeps me drier from head to knee, so with rain boots, it may as well be head to toe coverage! The quality of the material is not flimsy like some cheaper rain gear I’ve used in the past. The plastic is sturdy and feels like it’ll hold up well to the elements, even with regular outdoor use. I also like the dual zipper and button closure, which gives it a bit more flexibility for adjusting comfort and keeping the rain out.The elastic cuffs around the wrists are a neat feature, helping to keep water from running up my sleeves while I work, but they are a bit short for my arms (I measure 33-34 sleeve length on dress shirts) Plus, the hood fits well, and the reflective strips are great to have. The reflective strips were what made me decide on getting this poncho as I may need it for roadside work from time to time.I’ve used it in a few downpours now, and it definitely keeps me dry. It’s light enough to prevent overheating, but still offers the protection I need for long hours outside. It’s l nice that it’s lightweight enough to fold up and stow in my car trunk without taking up much space. If you’re looking for a rain poncho that provides good coverage and durability for work or outdoor activities, I’d highly recommend this one. For the price, it offers solid value and does the job well.Pros:Great coverage for work outsideFits well even with layers underneathSturdy material that feels durableZipper and button closure for extra protectionReflective strips for visibility near roadwaysCons:The elastic wrist cuffs are a little rough, and they can be short for some folks.Overall, a reliable and well-made raincoat that should last.

Excellent Raincoat
I ordered this raincoat because it will be useful for walking the dog in bad weather. The raincoats we have now are much shorter in length. There are several things I like about this coat.-The longer length provides better coverage from rain, especially when there are also strong winds.-With both a zipper and snaps it gives double protection from rain.-The sleeves have elastic inside the cuffs which will keep water from reaching my arms if I have to reach up.-The inside seams are double stitched, and are covered with tape, I think that will help prevent any blowing water entering through the seams. There’s a small mesh vent in the back as well.-The reflective tape on front and back is a good safety feature.I am 5′ 4″ and 145 lbs, and normally wear either Medium or Large, size 12 or 14.I had a difficult time deciding because I didn’t really understand the size chart.I decided on Large because it’s likely I’ll often need to wear a jacket underneath as well. The Large fits me perfectly, (the sleeves are actually a bit long, but it doesn’t matter because of the elastic inner cuff)The coat also fits my husband well, 5′ 11″, 170lbs who always wears Medium.I do not think that it runs small, but it may be a good idea to go a size up so a sweatshirt or jacket will comfortably fit underneath. We’re both really satisfied with this exceptional raincoat.
