I initially received a sub par laptop. I contacted the seller and asked them if i could exchange it for one in the condition I ordered. They were very responsive and were even willing to send the replacement unit while my return was still in route to them. The unit I received as a replacement was in better than excellent condition with extended battery life. The unit they had available also came with a much larger storage capacity than the one I ordered. The instructions they sent for returning the unit to the original operating system were spot on. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good deal on a refurbished Apple laptop..

The result of a scuffle?
Performance good so far-straight out of the box-uncharged…The condition of the product itself is somewhat questionable. Purchased “excellent” condition, yet it came with scratches and cosmetic dents in the corners of top and bottom. I’d classify it as “good” condition not excellent. Packaging was horrible! MacBook was placed in a rather thin box with no padding or bubble wrap, but the charger was bubble wrapped?? Perhaps the damage occurred in shipping-IDK!? I do recommend that the seller update what an excellent vs good product means, or to be honest in shipping product to match description. I personally was looking for a like new product, not one that looks like it’s been through a scuffle, otherwise I would have chosen to pay less for the good option. Screen was free of any scratches. Either way, productivity is off to a good start. I’ll focus on that I suppose.When I logged on it started up in another language. Took a wild guess as to what drop-down option meant English, and got the set up rolling. Quick performance and efficiency. Camera is crystal clear/ good retina on screen/Upgrade needed upon start-up; super quick speed download!

Pristine condition and totally as advertised.
Working properly as described by seller and in the purchased users guide. I use it almost daily and continue to find it enjoyable. If not identified as refurbished, one would assume it is new. Simply an excellent choice and believe me we did our homework and reviewed many other products and this is is an A++

A great machine.
I’ve had this MacBook for a few weeks now and I love it! The seller shipped on time and it was delivered earlier than expected. It has pretty awesome awesome specs, smooth and fast.I’m a graphic designer who uses Photoshop, InDesign, illustrator etc and have multiple other programs, browsers etc running at the same time. There’s no lag.I bought this to replace my 2013 MacBook (that I loved and named McKenzie) and the difference is obvious.This laptop is refurbished but I couldn’t what what wrong. It has neither scratches not technical hangups.I’m not a computer expert, just an end user who wants a powerful machine, that runs all my programs without delay and in satisfied.Ooh and the display is wonderful. At first, I had in auto adjust but then as comfortable as that was on my eyes, my screen was cream coloured and I needed it bright white for best colour representation.I knew I was going to buy a refurbished MacBook because I could get better specs for my budget, but I was nervous about purchasing from an external source (not Apple). I’m glad I took the chance. What I would have gotten from the apple store had nothing on this. 5 stars.
