I can finally play catch with myself
This is a great way to pass the time, either as a gift for a kid or as a fully grown man. I got this to mess around with in my backyard, and I love it.Pros: It’s a nicely made, full featured football, or at least half of one. It feels like a nice faux leather that has a little give to it, just like a real football. It’s a lot of fun to play with, I’ve hit it against a brick wall and side paneling, and it doesn’t cause any issues with the wall, and it always comes back to me. It’s a lot of fun to play catch with yourself and gradually increase the distance to keep it interesting. I would have loved this as a kid.Cons: Construction isn’t perfect – the laces were a bit loose and you could move them back and forth, and the ball isn’t perfectly stitched together. Doesn’t really matter for throwing it against the wall though- it’s well balanced enough to throw 10 or so yards. Any further, and it’s not coming back to you. Even moreso that it’s half of a football so you’re not getting that much distance out of it.Also, it’s not this football’s fault, but you do need to throw hard with a tight spiral to have it come back, otherwise, it’s not coming back straight, it’s more likely going off to the side or ground. Don’t expect miracles, it’s not magic. If you are giving this to someone who doesn’t really know how to throw a football, they probably won’t get much use out of this yet.Overall, I’m very happy with it. It’s a fun way to improve my throw and pass the time.

This is going ot he my son get ready to try out for QB!
I got this for my son who is going to be trying out for QB on his football team this season. This will help him get ready and work on the form and motion and get warmed up whenever he doesn’t have a passing partner. This is going to be a huge help!

Okay, so it does work, you throw the ball at a wall and it’ll come back to you for the most part. It can feel a little awkward at first, but you do eventually get used to it, however, picking up a normal football after feels heavy. Jury is still out if that’s a bad thing, but in sports you really want consistency and this throws it off a bit.I guess if you are new and really want to learn to throw a spiral correctly, this can help. It’s somewhat forgiving as most of the time, even without a perfect spiral, it’ll come back in your directly. It doesn’t really work more than 10 feet or so from the wall.Another thing to realize is that you are throwing it on a wall, so make sure you have one besides the side of your house. Your wife will not like you after a few throws at the side of the house.

Great training ball for my 7 and 11 year old kids
Bought this for my two daughters who are in flag football, and it’s been great for training. They love using it to practice their passing and catching on their own. The quality is excellent feels like a real game ball and it’s holding up well. The tether feature makes it super convenient for solo drills without having to chase the ball every time. Highly recommended. My daughters are 7 and 11 years old.

This is a very cool football, it helps to train with throwing and catching. It was easy to inflate and the material seems to be very durable.

Funny looking, great concept and perfect for solo training/practice. We have a trampoline like return net and this ball is perfect for repetitive / precision pass practice and ambidextrous reflex carching. See video of my one hand pass/catch while holding the phone to record. I’ll have to start training my left hand / arm more now.
