I was running 260 miles in training for a half marathon. I was having chaffing on my thigh and anus. This limited the chaff and was able to keep training and run the race. This lasts long and doesn’t make you feel like you have gobs of grease which is nice!

Love this little thing
I’ve got big thighs and I never ever wear shorts to go on my runs because they rub together and make it unbearable. This little guy is extremely easy to apply, works as it is intended, and holds up the entire run. So happy I came across this product. It is a bit small but worth the cost.I don’t notice any visible residue when applying it or smell at all.
