Easy set up (prompted), Extremely quiet, WI-FI adapter, Port to HMDI connections (Someone else commented only VGA), 16GB RAM, 120 SSD & 1TB HHD, Extremely fast processor (instant processes / execution), Large desktop (room for additional hardware / storage), Good audio, etc etc. Get yourself ‘ZoneAlarm’ firewall (CheckPoint) and / or free anti virus (best firewall in the industry), Start with that but recommended to explore their NextGen protection. I recommend ‘Proton’ VPN (again you can start with free version but explore paid platforms). Get Revo uninstaller (free edition) and remove unwanted apps especially within windows apps. If you do not own an Xbox remove ALL Xbox platform apps (security vulnerability), Same with Skype, Windows ‘Teams’, Solitare etc. Make sure recovery (system restore is on / create one), Turn off remote access, Use public firewall settings. Rename computer, do a windows update. This is a good start to secure comp and privacy. Paid “Malwarebytes’ should be explored. Hope this helps you get up and running. Excellent Computer – Affordable Price
I have always (past 25 yrs) developed by own specs for my personal computer. I then assembled each component and built the box for my own use. When I discovered the specifications for these computers I couldn’t believe the price. I read the reviews about banged up boxes and component failures but I decided I’d give these a try. I ordered three for Christmas presents. To my surprise each computer was exactly as advertised. I can’t build a computer with these components at this price. I’ve had mine a month now and it has been flawless. Each computer was packed carefully and arrived as ordered. If you’re looking for a fast computer with solid performance at an affordable price this is it. I will buy again.

Just unboxed and still testing out, but so far so good.
Well, it took me a week to get around to opening this purchase from Microsoft authorized refurbished seller “STG USA”, but I finally unboxed today. So far, it seems like a good computer to dedicate to using for my laser cutter in my art studio. It should be powerful enough to handle my programs and it is cheep enough to be a dedicated machine. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had even received a 4 TB HDD rather than the stated 2TB, yay! Also received a slightly faster and 1 year newer processor (i5-4590 @ 3.30 GHz rather than product description stated i5-4570 @ 3.20 GHz). The motherboard and processor are, of course dated, but good enough for my purposes. Once I finish running performance tests, I’ll update my review accordingly.

Came with no WiFi and DVD player did not work
I rely on a PC for my work. Mine broke down after five years. I needed one to replace it. This PC came a few days late. It is advertised as it comes with wireless WiFi. But the wireless WiFi did not work. So I had to run a long cable to get to the internet. The DVD player would not work (it would not open regardless of how many different ways I tried). So I could not upload the software that I use to do my work. I chatted with the seller or someone else. He said he could not help me and had to contact another department. I am quite a bit behind in my work. So I have no choice but to go to Wal-Mart and buy one. It is advertised online for $125 and put a great deal of time into packing it and returning it. This is a lot of work. I resent it more than hanging in the air without a PC.

First pc didn’t work after 2 days, replacement done by them.
The system initially sent was not booting after 2 days. I have installed all required apps and anything necessary then it broke. I have called the customer care and they immediately asked to ship back and they sent another one (service was good). So far so good.

very good layout
This windows 11 computer works very well. It still has a DVD tray, so it must be an upgraded windows 10 model. The only difficulty I have had was with windows 11. Everything on the desktop is also in the cloud. Delete something on the cloud and it is gone from the local computer as well.
