I recently acquired a Rawlings Official MLB Team (Red Sox) baseball for a shadow box in my man cave as a tribute to my father-in-law who was a huge fan of the team, and I have to say, I am absolutely in love with it.The baseball is made by Rawlings, a brand that is well-known for producing high-quality sports equipment, so I had high expectations. The quality of the baseball exceeded my expectations. The stitching is tight and even, and the leather feels supple and well-made. It’s clear that this is a ball that could easily stand up to use on the field, but I prefer to keep it as a decoration.The team logo on the baseball is what really makes it special. The Red Sox logo is crisp and vibrant, with the team’s iconic colors really standing out against the white of the ball. The logo is perfectly centered and symmetrical, which shows the attention to detail that went into making it.What I appreciate the most about this baseball is that it’s a wonderful tribute to my father-in-law’s love for the Red Sox. Every time I look at it, I’m reminded of the great memories we shared together watching games and cheering on the team.
