I Got Snaked by This Eel Skin
Bought this to replace a virtually identical eel skin wallet I’d had for years, but that had finally started falling apart at the seams–literally. I placed the order on April 21st and it arrived on April 29th. Today, June 3 (just after the 30-day Amazon return period expired), I noticed the new wallet is doing what the old one did–separating at a seam. Except the prior wallet lasted 3-4 years. This one lasted just over a month. The eel who gave his life for this piece of crap would be disappointed to know the remains of his carcass will end up in my garbage bin and that another of his eel brethren will need to offer up some skin for a replacement–from a different company–which hopefully, will be stitched by something other than imaginary thread.
