NO GLARE–Unbeatable for a bright room or outdoor TV
First, the bad: the Samsung operating system on this TV is horrible. I bought a Fire TV Stick 4k Max for it after just a week or two because the Samsung Tizen OS is super slow and doesn’t have some basic streaming apps available (like NBA TV). With the Fire Stick 4k Max remote, you can power this TV on and off, adjust volume, and the Art Mode still works. My TV is a 2022 model so I don’t know if the new Frame TV’s have an operating system that is at least tolerable.I bought this TV for outdoor use. It is on my screened-in porch and I could not be happier. There is zero glare and that alone makes the Frame the best TV for outdoor use or a bright room. I started with a Hisense U7 because I read that it had a bright picture that was good for overcoming glare. It is true that a bright TV can overcome glare if you are watching a show that constantly has bright images–but as soon as you watch a darker scene in your show or movie, you will still see every light in your room reflected on the screen. For some reason, the Frame is the only TV I’ve seen that has a matte finish on the screen; all other TV’s have a glossy finish that acts as a mirror when it comes to reflecting light. If you don’t believe me, just go to Best Buy and compare the Frame to all their other TV’s–the Frame is the only one where you won’t see the bright Best Buy lights in the screen.I hate glare and find it annoying in even a relatively dimly lit room. If money was no object, I would replace my other TV’s with the Frame just to eliminate the glare. Some reviews on the Frame say the picture is not as clear or sharp due to the matte finish, but it looks great to me. I guess that even if there was a trade off on the picture, I would still prefer the Frame due to the complete lack of glare. I have string lights around my patio, and even at night you can’t see the bulbs reflected in the screen at all. About the only way you will see any glare is if the sun is shining directly on the screen (like shortly before sunset when the sun is low in the sky). In normal daytime light, there’s just no glare or reflection on the screen.I also like the One Connect box that allows you to have only one wire coming out of the TV–I was able to easily hide that one thin wire and hide the One Connect box, so it’s really a clean look.Another really cool thing is the Art Mode. Samsung will sell you artwork, but you can download your own artwork for free and load it onto the TV with a USB drive without too much hassle, so that’s what I recommend. You can even customize a mat onto each piece of art or photograph which really helps it pop. I didn’t buy a “frame” or bezel made specifically for the TV but I know some people love that too.Despite the horrible Samsung operating system, this TV is still an easy 5-star product for me, especially since the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4k Max is pretty cheap. The Frame is easily the best TV I’ve owned.

This TV is amazing!
I’ve owned a lot of TV’s and this one takes the cake. The motion blur is amazing and the quality of the picture on movies and TV is so good. What do appreciate the most is the quality and durability of the mount. Most TV mounts are god awful, but that one is great and it even comes with mounting hardware and a template.Even better is the native apps. I went from a Samsung 55” 4K that was bought about 3 years and this TV is way better than that one. The menus are very easy to use and the internet connection was easy to make as well as connecting to my PC. Great quality, 100% recommend!!!!!

Not worth it
I honestly never write reviews but I can not say enough how unhappy we are with the frame TV. Of course it looks nice but that is just about the only benefit. For how expensive this thing is, it is truly crazy how many bugs it has. First of all, it constantly just turns on randomly to the news at all hours including the middle of the night. Read many a Reddit thread of how this is a common problem. Second, unless you cut behind your wall you can not hide the wire. And then lastly the app never seems to work. One day it says you can’t use any of the features unless you’re connected to the same WiFi network as the TV, even though they are on the same WiFi network. The next day the app just doesn’t load. Truly save yourself a ton of money and do not buy a frame tv!!

More TVs need a matte finish! This TV is beautiful in its own right…
Its still new, so we’ll have to see how the apps age, but so far I am in love with this TV. The picture quality is excellent, and the matte finish is perfect for our very bright living room – no more glare hiding the show behind it!I wish more TVs would come with this finish! The art features are nice, but I would be just as happy if they didn’t have them. I didn’t get any frames because theyre so expensive, but thats a different review….If you’re curious about the picture quality, I attached 2 pictures of display models at best buy next to other TVs with the traditional glossy finish. You’ll have to trust me that i positioned myself to ensure there would be glare from the frame if it allowed it.

More Art then TV
This TV does what we need it to. It is above our fireplace mantle and we didn’t want a “TV” above it. The Frame does a great job displaying art but when it comes to gaming or watching sports, the TV seems to really struggle with frame rates and movement can be blurry.

Love this TV
Easy to install and shipper did an excellent job packaging the product!! I love all the art work we have access to. It definitely looks like framed art now instead of a TV screen which was the whole point. No more eye sore in the living room. My only regret is waiting too long to purchase. I went with 65” but going bigger would have been a good idea.

43 inch intended for wall mount
The included mounting instructions for this 43” TV unfortunately corresponded to the 55”+ models, making them ineffective. Online resources showed a completely different mounting kit for the 43” model than the one provided. I ended up using the VESA mounts with the included hardware, resulting in the TV not being as flush against the wall as anticipated. Assistance from the Amazon Refurbished third-party dealer was non-existent, despite multiple help requests. To summarize: reasonable price, disappointing value, and non-responsive support.

For a refurbished price…I can’t tell the difference???
I love this tv. We did mount it on a typical mount because it was already up in my rental house. So I don’t get the whole “framed art” look. But, otherwise, it is beautiful. I don’t watch much tv so the idea of it being a visually appealing item sold me. I don’t really know what is “refurbished” about it as there hasn’t been any issues. The only problem I’ve had is it not turning on with the remote, supposedly this is a problem across the board. I just held down the power button and it works fine. Sound is good, picture is good. Can’t complain!

La moraleja es no compres cosas de segunda mano sin verlas. La pantalla tenía algunos rayones y le faltaba el soporte para colgarse en la pared como cuadro
