Great for console gamers!
Product is great. Especially for console gamers! Ps5 controller pairs to tv for retro gaming and stays connected to tv as well! Sound is not too bad either.

Faulty mounting legs
TV was great, but the included legs were flimsy and popped off without any agitation after 3 months of use. TV fell on the floor and the screen broke. Getting a lot of pushback on the included warranty. If you want to buy the TV do not trust the included brackets and get a 3rd party mounting system.

Good image, no voice commands.
It’s a good TV but can’t use voice commands and have to type a lot with the remote. M should be a little cheaper.

The TV quality is good. The setup and use is bizarrely difficult
We upgraded from a 12 year old TV that was unable to display newer video (such as 4K).Installation was easy – put on the hangers (which I already had), plugged in the HDMI cord and power, and we had signal from our devices to the TV. The TV display is *excellent*.But the setup was so _difficult_ to understand. NOTHING IS EXPLAINED and there’s no user guide that tells you what all the options mean. And it doesn’t know what to do with attached peripherals such as my Amazon Fire TV stick – you have to go through several steps, every time, to make them work on the TV. My older Samsung did this just fine.The controller is not very good, either. Nothing is marked well – it’s all black plastic. It’s cool looking, eh? But in a darkened room to watch the TV, NONE OF THE CONTROLS can be read or understood. You have to turn on a light to read them.The Amazon Firestick controller is MUCH MUCH better.I wish I could grade this a bit lower, but “3” is just too low. It’s definitely not a “5”, though.

This 65″ is a lower end Samsung model, It still has a vibrant picture, great contrast, color matching and a host of features to enhance our viewing pleasure.

TV was Defective
The Samsung TV would not turn on once it was set up. After rereading the instructions to make sure I had set it up correctly it still would not turn on. I reached out to Samsung support who Face Timed with me to walk thru their troubleshooting procedures. The representative determined that the TV was defective and advised me to return it. I have returned it and am in the process of getting a refund. The return process so far has been smooth.
