Absolutely wonderful!
I love this little SSD. It’s super small so it’s very portable and it’s incredibly fast. It uses USB-C and comes with a short cable for it. I also have a lot of trust for this brand from years of experience with em and I verified the serial on their website to ensure it was genuine. I gotta say though, the design is so cool, I love the color scheme on it, very PS5 themed. It also has a slightly rubbery texture on the outside which makes it not fall off surfaces too easily. Overall a great design and a wonderful portable SSD

USB 3.0? Nowhere near the potential top speed claimed. Suspect caching.
The packaging and included cabling are great, and the build quality of the SSD itself are not in question here. That is top notch. However, across many USB3.x ports and cables I found that under load the SSD never peaked past ~5gbps (~500MB/s) which leads me to believe this might just be a USB *3.0* device. My guess is that there may be some caching on a faster device elsewhere if used with a PS5, which is definitely dishonest when it comes to the rated speed because that top speed is going to depend on how full the cache is and whether you are hitting it.

Good Build, Great Match for My Setup, but Not Full Speed
This 1TB external SSD feels really well built, and the compact size makes it easy to toss into my laptop bag without worrying about it. I really like the clean white color too — it matches my Legion 7i perfectly, which is a small thing but still makes the whole setup look more cohesive.Performance-wise, it’s solid, but I couldn’t quite hit the 1000 MB/s speeds they talk about, even using my laptop’s Thunderbolt 4 port. I topped out around 600 MB/s, which is still plenty fast for what I need, but worth noting if you’re chasing maximum numbers. Overall though, it’s a great drive for the price and fits nicely into my workflow.

Crazy fast, compact drive
One use of this drive I had was to move several large (1 to 3gb) files between computers. I saw write speeds averaging between 400 to 500 mb per second. The drive is small and looks great. Plus, it’s a SandiskI, I have had really good experiences with their products. Overall, I am very happy with this drive.

Fast, Compact, and Actually Feels Durable
I have had portable SSDs before that felt like plastic toys, but this one is sturdy. It’s smaller than I imagined, but that’s a plus—it fits into my tech pouch easily. Speeds are excellent for what I’m using it for (mostly video editing files and game saves), and setup was instant on both my Mac and PS5. I dropped it once already (accidentally), and there’s no damage. The rubberized edge also helps with grip. Just a reliable storage option that travels well.
