Works well enough
The buttons are cheap and have to be taken apart carefully and the hood is too small to stay up. All that said it get the job done when I need to walk my dogs in rain and it slightly insulated so it keeps kinda warm.

I knew with Prime, we would get these in time, and we did.The only complaint is that we did get hot in these, even though it was cold and rainy.
