Fantastic Item

Works well
Can be as bright or dim as you need. You can customize the speed that the galaxy goes through its pattern and it has decent colors and color combos though I did wish it had more. 5 stars because it’s durable, mine was knocked into a water dish and was fine after a night in rice.

Great color and projection
The colors and overall projection quality of this little star show are pretty legitimate. My 10 year old saw his cousin’s much more expensive model and wanted to have one of their own. They used their Amazon birthday money and have not been disappointed.It can be a little unstable at times until you get the cord smoothed out just right. My only wish is that the stand was easily adjustable rather than fixed angles.We have only had one problem where it got stuck in one mode, but unplugging and reconnecting reset and we are right back to his favorite settings.

Works better than expected
I honestly didn’t have high expectations for this light but it’s really amazing. It’s very bright for a small device and depending on how you position it, it shines across the whole room. I can move it easily to different rooms and the remote works well. I turn it on hanging out in my room at night and then set the sleep timer for when I go to bed. It’s a nice ambiance. The price is great for what you get, zero complaints so far after a few weeks of use!

Love it. Someone at work had one in their office and I wanted one for home. It looks so cool. The green laser lights up as stars and multi color nebulas light up. Remote controlled. Love it!

Not for automation. Have to fiddle with remote all the time.
I’m sure they mean well. But really, does it really need so much gizmos. I guess what my issue is that it doesn’t have any memory being an all in one chip. Sure you have a single use remote that if you loose it, all you get is default. I wanted to have this as a nice calming wake up light. And no the internal timer isn’t helpful. I use home automation with complex rules depending on the day of the week and when I need to be up. But this thing only has default when powered on. Maybe there is a way to have the internal light off while not in use? But then what if a power outage. It’s so frustrating with the over the top options. What was wrong with a simple switch? The default on is good for showing all options. It would have been helpful to know that there isn’t a way to set your own power on setting and leave it at that.

My senior cat is kittenish when this light is on. I got it for her and it’s a total hit. After she’s done chasing the stars, she sits and watches with such wonder. It’s pretty adorable. I only wish this light could be charged and then placed wherever you want. However, it has to be plugged in to work but definitely not a huge deal – the light is great!
