This is book 1 in Summers’ new series Defenders Diaries series and a wonderful start to a new series. I loved this book. The characters are delightful, and the storyline is captivating and smooth flowing. Summers provides all the best romance can bring. Liam has the playboy reputation down pat and doesn’t do relationships but one look at Sophie and everything changes. Sophie is coach’s youngest daughter home from college. A fun, sweet, insta love romance with a few twists and turns. A Fabulous Hockey Romance
Author AJ Summers continues to prove to me what a phenomenal author, storyteller and writer she is with each fantastic romance book I have read by her so far. I always look forward to reading AJ Summers’s work to see what the story would be about. The Pucking Player is phenomenally written, well balanced and beautifully executed by AJ Summers. This novel follows the story of Liam and Sophie, whom I found to be quite interesting and intriguing. The characters are well developed and beautifully executed throughout the story. I couldn’t get enough of their fabulous story. The Pucking Player is captivating from beginning to end, entertaining and an enjoyable read. I absolutely love seeing the relationship between Liam and Sophie grow stronger as the story progressed forward. The chemistry between these two characters is absolutely phenomenal and undeniably irresistible. I would gladly recommend The Pucking Player for anyone to checkout and give it a read.
