This book isn’t light reading, but it’s packed with on topic, scholarly info that is perfect for the person who wants an in depth understanding of the health aspects of motorsports. While focused on the driver, there are also section on the crew. For someone who wants to learn, this book is top notch.

Ne metto 3 perché per la prima volta Amazon ha permesso l’arrivo di un articolo rovinato dal packaging, molto deluso per questo.Problemi inoltre con la posta per la consegna del pacco arrivato in ritardo e poi ritirato presso il centro.
