I was amazed how light the box was I thought there was nothing in the box compared to my smaller television at 32-in it’s heavy very heavy! I like the overall quality! I would like to have had a remote that has voice control so convenient to have.

Netflix won’t work at all Hulu works but shuts off. said excellent condition but none of the smart features work. spent hours on phone with Vizio just to be told nothing they can do because seller is not a authorized seller of Vizio tv will not honor the warranty.

Tv was used not happy about it no manuals or instructions box looked like it was beat up tape up didn’t say it was used and it was TV was also placed in box wrong way label said glass this way it was in the box opposite way no happy
